For a question about your data, or an access, correction or deletion request, email contact@tontonkatsu.fr. This is the contact point for the TontonKatsu project. No address for an operating restaurant has been announced.
Project updates
The signup form records the email address you provide, your selected language, signup date and confirmation status. This information is used to manage your subscription and the project updates you ask to receive. Signing up is optional and is neither a reservation nor a purchase. You can withdraw your signup request or ask for deletion by contacting the address above.
Abuse prevention
An IP-address hash and attempt counters help limit abusive signups. The subscriber database does not store the raw IP address through this form. Hosting providers may still process technical connection data to operate and secure their services. An IP hash is pseudonymised data, not a guarantee of anonymity.
Hosting and audience measurement
The website uses Vercel hosting and Vercel Web Analytics to measure visits; the subscription database uses Neon. These providers support the operation of the website. Information voluntarily sent by email is used to respond to your enquiry. This site does not offer payments, customer accounts or personalised advertising.
Retention and your choices
You can request access to your information, correction, erasure or withdrawal of your signup at any time. No automatic deletion period is stated here: contact the project to check your subscription or ask for its deletion. You should not need to provide more information than is necessary to identify the relevant subscription. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Links and illustrations
External links lead to services with their own privacy rules. Images of dishes and of the concept are illustrations, including AI-generated images; they are not photographs of an operating TontonKatsu restaurant.
